The presentation of dishes on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order via our online ordering page, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros, including statutory value-added tax. Any delivery charges will be shown to you before completing the order. The available payment methods are indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Collection

We deliver within our delivery area or prepare your order for collection. Stated delivery times are approximate; delays may occur, particularly during peak times.

6. Allergens and Additives

7. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the supply of goods that can spoil quickly, as well as for meals prepared according to your individual specifications (Section 312g (2) No. 1 and No. 2 of the German Civil Code - BGB).

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable contractual damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
